Christopher I. Pierson is Senior Legal Counsel – “Mergers and Acquisitions” at Airbus (Group). After 10 years in private practice in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Miami as an associate and partner, Chris joined Airbus in 2019. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund work, venture capital financing and joint ventures. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Camelia Gardot is Senior Legal Counsel specialized in “Mergers and Acquisitions” and since April 2021, Senior Compliance Manager at Airbus (Defence and Space Division). Practicing as in-house counsel for international companies for more than 15 years, she has extensive experience in the areas of contract law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and intellectual property. She holds a Master’s degree in international business law from the University of Toulouse (France) and a “Mergers and Acquisitions” Diploma from the College of Law of England and Wales.
