New Data Protection Bill in India

This article attempts to share key provisions of the Digital Data Protection Bill, 2022 that is set to bring new law on data privacy to life in India. Whilst it is not going to be easy to implement the proposed law (once it is effective), it is equally important to start marching in right direction to enhance governance and provide appropriate legal framework to the subject of personal data.
