Paul Boyle is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Airwave Solutions Limited where he is responsible for managing legal risk and compliance across the business, and at a board and shareholder level. Paul is qualified to practice law in England & Wales, New South Wales (Australia) and New Zealand.
