Compliance Blueprint

Michael Jemmott, Technical and Compliance, Skanska Facilities Services

If sustainable it can be a key differentiator, resulting in increased market share and as an exemplar it could become a separate income stream. Within industry there are no end of companies offering niche services, e.g. PAT (“portable appliance testing”) Testing, Fixed wiring Inspections, Water Management, Asbestos Management, Pressure Systems and LOLER (“Lifting operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations”) Inspections.
