Abstract

This article would elementally consist of four parts: the first part would be dovetailed to aptly espouse on the need to be sensitive to the fact that for any kind of out-performance, the condition precedent would rest on the development of quality ideas; the second part would deal with the need to develop a quest for excellence; the third part would convey the core message with regard to the pursuit of excellence, and the last part would simply be defining, in that, it would enunciate on the quintessence of excellence. The article would use, even as it chronicles, various economic events apropos India, and the subtle messages of its hoary Philosophical thought, would serve as the background notes, in order to rivet the crucial signification of ushering in the precept of compassionate capitalism – something which is at the heart of achieving inclusive growth!
