Abstract

The Russian legislation system faces a difficult task in reviewing and updating an enormous accumulation of regulations, standards and guideline – thousands that have built up over the years, often, as a carryover from the Soviet Union.

Oraz is the Best Corporate Lawyer in 2017, 2019 years of the Association of Corporate Lawyers' rate.
