Keeping Competition Law Compliance Fresh in a VUCA World

Abstract

Executives frequently use the military acronym VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity – to describe the world in which they operate. In this article, we look at some ways to ensure that the Competition Law Compliance programme is relevant to, and implementable by, executives working in a VUCA world, and therefore effective as required by the authorities.
