Corporate culture and in-house legal department performance: an unbreakable bond Strong culture, strong lawyers

January 2025
ManagementGeneral

Abstract

Corporate culture is a fundamental element that permeates every aspect of an organization, including a company's legal department. It defines the values, norms, expectations and behaviours that guide employees in their daily work. It influences not only the way legal decisions are made, but also the overall approach to ethics, risk and the management of internal and external relationships. Corporate culture is like the personality of a company, a unique imprint that distinguishes it from others. Organizational culture always guides our behaviour, both when we work alone but especially when we work as a team.
