Monqez has played a leading role in regulatory alignment and risk mitigation for major ICT and digital transformation initiatives in the region. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Aleppo University and professional certifications in global sanctions compliance. He is fluent in both Arabic and English and actively contributes thought leadership in emerging technology legal frameworks
