Ivan is a general practice international lawyer with the focus on technology, e-commerce and venture investments. Considerable consulting and in-house experience in common law and civil law jurisdictions: M&A, cross-border transactions, JV, project investments, corporate taxation, legal management. Currently, Ivan is a Legal Counsel for Europe, Africa and the Middle East at Acer European Holdings SA (regional HQ). Previously, Ivan was a Head of Legal Department at Bosch Siemens Home Appliances Group responsible for the legal affairs of the production subsidiary. Besides, he covered all compliance programs as a Regional Compliance Officer. Ivan was awarded his degrees in law and accounting from first-class universities in Russia and the UK. Furthermore, Ivan received his LL.M Degree in European and International Economic and Commercial Law from Swiss university. Additionally, Ivan is a certified Mediator of Corporate Conflicts. He has full working proficiency in English, German and Russian languages.
