Abstract

In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, M&A transactions have been adversely impacted. More generally, over the last two decades, global economic stability has been slowly eroding, with increased acts of terrorism, trade wars, financial melt-downs pandemics and increasing governmental interventions and investment controls.
