The Impact of Organizational Culture in M&A Deal

Abstract

In the past of 5 years we have seen an increasing in volume of M&A deals worldwide. Last year the total deals were above $3 trillion in annual mergers and acquisition volume, most in healthcare, media and technology according to Morgan Stanley. Despite the increasing in volume, according to the data * the numbers of deals is decreasing year by year. In spite of global political and macroeconomic uncertainty and the tax reform, the experts** look optimistic and believe that in 2019 the deals will continue flow.
