Abstract

There is great unpredictability in the current geopolitical, economic and emotional climate globally and trying to find conviction in such times is fraught with variables which seem untraversable. However, Intellectual Property (IP) can be identified as the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow as it not only encourages creativity and promotes innovation but also offers security to right owners to be capitalised upon when the business environment is uncertain.
