My practice focuses on all aspects of UK ‘HR’ law/compensation & benefits, as well as European co-ordination and cross-border work. Most of my clients are US-based employers in the financial services sector. In 2012 I was awarded the International Law Office Client Choice Award for leading UK Counsel. Prior to this, I had also been ranked first in a survey of leading European M&A employment lawyers by mergermarket. I have practised in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK. Prior to joining GQ I worked at ‘Magic Circle’ firm Linklaters and was also the Head of UK Employment Law at US firm Bryan Cave.
