As General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Cloudreach group, I oversee the Legal and Corporate Governance functions and a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to Cloudreach I was GC of the semiconductor company Imagination Technologies, when it was a FTSE 250 public company, having joined as their first in-house counsel. Earlier in my career, I formed part of the legal teams at BlackBerry and Dell. I am passionate about technology and innovation as well as corporate social responsibility and ethical governance.
