Francie Kilborne has been practicing law in the energy industry since 1989. Her clients have included both large and independent energy producers, transporters, and large commercial consumers. In her current role as Associate General Counsel for Energy Transfer Partners, she advises the company on a variety of matters involving the midstream natural gas and crude oil gathering and processing business. In January of 2016, she opened a center for equine facilitated learning and development, Solace Equine Center, located 25 miles from downtown Dallas, Texas.
