Gil Banyas is a licensed lawyer in Israel from 2012, holding a L.L.B in law and B.A in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Hertzliya. Untill 2015 he was practicing law with a well known boutique law firm located in Tel Aviv, mainely dealing with corporate law, high-tech and litigation. In 2015 he joined 365 Technologies as lead in-house counsel, in charge of all legal affairs of the company, including providing counsel to senior management, negotiation and execution of multi-component agreements, global regulatory compliance and supprting the HR department.
