Alison Cook leads Optus’s Privacy Office. She holds an LLB and LLM (Innovation Law) from the University of New South Wales. Her LLM included a thesis on the regulatory responsibilities of cloud service providers. She also has a BA (Hons) from the University of Western Australia. Alison has been with the Optus group of companies for 10 years, in various legal roles, including leading the legal team at Alphawest Services, Optus’s ICT subsidiary.
