Innovation and Litigation

Abstract

I have been very fortunate in my career to work with innovative and interesting people, including clients and contacts from different industry sectors around the world and many colleagues and friends in the legal profession during my time in private practice. When I moved to an in-house legal role around three years ago, I was looking forward to continuing that journey and to learning more about business and industry from the inside of an international engineering company which (like many in that field) invests significant resource in the research and development of products, here sensing technologies.
