Christopher I. Pierson is Senior Legal Counsel – “Mergers and Acquisitions” at Airbus (Group). After 10 years in private practice in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Miami as an associate and partner, Chris joined Airbus in 2019. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund work, venture capital financing and joint ventures.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
