Entity Management, Technology and Corporate Governance

Abstract

Organisations have a critical role in helping corporate governance practitioners navigate the complexities of today's business environment. Ask anyone who is involved in corporate governance and they will tell you that they must be better informed and equipped today than they were five or six years ago. We must have a positive view and look upon this time as a new era in Corporate Governance or more specifically as a 'Coming-of-Age'. Corporate Governance has existed for many years in the shadows of organisations, public or private. It has now moved into the limelight encouraging companies to rise to new corporate governance challenges regardless of their jurisdiction.
