Abstract

Legal Risk Management "LRM" is not a product that was contrived to create a need that doesn't exist. LRM consists of a combination of strategy, management and law. If a company has a good understanding of its legal environment, it can create competitive advantage. LRM is naturally and directly tied to strategy, governance and risk management.
