Dr. Maik Ebersoll, LL.M. (com.) is Head of Legal Operations in The Linde Group’s legal services department. Besides advising in business law, his responsibilities include organisation, finance, people processes, strategy, legal risk management, systems and processes. Before joining Linde, he held several jobs in finance and in the German Air Force. His research focus includes Legal Management, Risk Management as well as alternative economic theory based on homomorphisms of economic structures and Gibbs-Falkian thermodynamics.
