Dr. Florian Stork LL.M. oec. is Associate Senior Counsel –Compliance EMEA at The Linde Group, Munich, where he designs and implements the Linde compliance management system, including various risk management topics. As in-house counsel, Florian provides legal advice in the areas of competition/antitrust, corruption prevention and European law. In his prior position with Linklaters, Florian was a member of the firm’s Competition/Antitrust practice group. Since 2010, he has been teaching Corporate and Business Law at Hochschule Fresenius, Munich.
