Henri Hätönen received his Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku in Finland in 2006 and from the Stockholm University in Sweden in 2007. As Senior Legal Counsel, Henri advises Uponor Group companies on a variety of legal issues, such as contracts, corporate law, dispute resolution and M&A. Prior to Henri’s in-house counsel position, he worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at the firm’s Helsinki office.
