Legal In-house Digitization/Financial Services

Abstract

Many factors are changing legal services as we know them. We are seeing the internal and external environment changing the banking model and business needs. Increased regulatory requirements, the evolving nature of legal risks, developments in technology and the need to drive efficiencies are only a few. To remain fit for purpose, the Group General Counsel function needs to change too. In short, we have to modernize the way we work.
