Effectiveness of Code of Conduct in a Global Organization

Abstract

Currently, the reputation is one of the most precious assets for a company and because of that the companies are becoming more rigor and not tolerating behaviors that are not aligned with their values. To ensure the employees will reflect the values of the company, a lot of investment has been made on Code of Conduct and Ethics.
