Abstract

What 2022 holds in store in terms of regulatory and risk evolutions and how companies and Compliance professionals should prepare to handle it? In other words, “Would there be trees if we didn’t see them”? 2022 will not come full of surprises, but is expected to be challenging for many businesses. The regulatory and Compliance risk landscape will be marked by more stringent or additional requirements for most companies worldwide and keeping up with such new or more demanding regulations will be critical to their success!
