October 2024
ComplianceMining

Abstract

The interest in the proposed topic arose from the need to discuss the social and economic changes brought about by the concept of compliance and the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law. We will address the concept of corruption and the damages caused on a global scale, including the impact in the society, as well as the efforts made by countries and companies over the years to eradicate this problem. Additionally, we will conduct a more in-depth study of compliance programs.
